Sales sparring for B2B tech founders and enterprise sellers

From lucky wins toselling on value.

I work with a carefully selected number of teams and sales leaders in B2B tech, as the person they call when a deal, a hire or a whole quarter needs thinking through. I neither offer a programme, nor a curriculum. I am someone in your corner who knows this kind of sale from the inside. Because I’ve been there and have guided many others to develop their best and most natural toolset.

Between 0 and 3 million ARR, two things run at once.

  1. The pressure

The number that has to land this quarter and the deals that decide it are too complex to steer: many stakeholders, long cycles, or procurement as the final boss. And you already discounted as much as possible.

  2. The curiosity

You feel like there has to be a better way to run these conversations. You want to understand why one deal moved and the next stalled. You don’t want a framework, but the real reason.

  3. Where I come in

Sparring is where those two meet: someone alongside you over months, who knows your deals by name, thinks out loud with you and is available when it matters. My promise: no homework, no course, but deep-digging deal work.

What I keep walking into and where we start

Most sales teams aren’t short of effort. They’re short of a shared way to sell.

  1. 01

Targets are set from the top floor

Ambition is set far away from the opportunities on the table, so the plan is already fiction by day three.

“You are the founder and still closing everything yourself, next to hiring, strategizing and putting out daily fires?”

  2. 02

Every seller has their own recipe

Three sellers, three ways to run discovery and closing, no shared language for value. Everything happens, but nothing compounds.

“You’re winning deals, but you cannot explain to your investors why one closes and the other doesn’t?”

  3. 03

    Colleagues as competitors

Ranking matters more than a shared approach, and deal debriefs are kept short on purpose.

“You identified those who keep the success to themselves, but cannot afford to take them out of the team?”

When nobody can name the value, price becomes the conversation. The discount is what’s left when none of that gets fixed.

So we start where the door is already open: your live deals, your first 99 customers, the conversations you’re in this week.

What I don’t do: lead gen concepts, cold outbound at volume, generic playbooks, one-size-fits-all sales training. If that’s what you need, please do not get in touch. If you want honest deal work and space for self- and team development, please keep scrolling.

B2B tech only

Three ways in

  1. 01One-to-one

    Founder coaching

    Up to 1M ARR

A close, ongoing coaching with the one person carrying the number: a standing session in the calendar, and me in the background via voice message or text to support promptly prior to the next negotiation. Over three to six months, the process behind your wins becomes repeatable. Selective on purpose.

  2. 02Small teams

    The first 99 customers

    Up to 3M ARR

You have a strong signal of product-market fit and already a handful of customers who accepted a similar offer? Now it’s about scaling and building a system for your small team and moving from founder-led sales to trusting a dedicated small team of sellers, with me as a guide and intermediary in between to craft your winning sales system.

  3. 03Big teams

    Workshop series

For experienced teams looking for new impulses

The system is there and the day-to-day rather smooth, but the impulse to spark new ways of selling and creating value is missing? Let’s meet for focused sessions on value-based qualification and closing, always applied to existing deals. The only format that is delivered to a room rather than a single person.

Three working principles

How we work together

We meet in a steady rhythm and work on whatever is live: a deal, a conversation, a hire, a decision you keep postponing. Between sessions I’m reachable: short questions get short answers, no meeting needed. No curriculum, nothing to get through. Over time I know your market, your team and your pipeline well enough to be useful in ten minutes.

  1. Principle 01

    Curiosity before solutions

    Real interest before you pitch.

  2. Principle 02

    Co-creation beats persuasion

People defend what they helped build.

  3. Principle 03

    Ownership builds confidence

    Working what you actually control.

In their words

Stories from founders and teams

  • We grew from €0 to €250k ARR, and we went from three rather unstructured calls to closing a deal in just one.

When I started working with Jamaine, toern was still pre-product-market fit [...]. Over the past two years, she helped me build our sales process strategically from the ground up [...]. The impact is tangible: we grew from €0 to €250k ARR, and we went from three rather unstructured calls to closing a deal in just one [...]. I’d recommend Jamaine to any founder or early-stage sales team looking for a structured coach who digs deep into the business, challenges you and genuinely enables people.

  • My discovery was good at uncovering pain, but I wasn’t consistently qualifying the full picture [...]. I knew MEDDPICC in theory, but I wasn’t using it as a working tool. [...] MEDDPICC stopped being a checklist I filled in for my pipeline review. It’s now the way I plan every conversation. [...] Jamaine works on live deals, not hypothetical ones. [...] She is direct, practical and genuinely invested in your success. You won’t get generic theory from her, you’ll get better at closing the deals you have right now.

  • From day one, Jamaine’s impact was tangible. She didn’t just step in, she fully stepped up. She helped us close important deals, brought momentum into the pipeline, and consistently pushed things forward with focus and drive. [...] Internally, she was just as impactful: introducing new processes, challenging existing ways of working in a constructive manner, and helping us level up how we think about and execute sales. [...] She coached with clarity and helped create structures that will continue to benefit us long after her interim phase.

  • Working with Jamaine was incredibly fun and helped me grow a lot, both professionally and personally. [...] Jamaine showed again and again that sales is all about people: about honest exchange, genuine interest and good interaction. [...] Jamaine is supportive, gives clear and appreciative feedback, and creates an environment where you dare to try things out and keep developing.

  • I can only recommend working with Jamaine. From the very beginning, it was an exchange on equal footing, with a clear understanding of and focus on our sales pain points and potential. [...] And even more importantly: they are pragmatic to apply and have left a lasting mark. Her name keeps appearing in our internal discussion, especially when looking for a good solution.

  • Jamaine is a fantastic GTM and sales coach. She quickly grasped our business model and provided actionable, concrete advice that made a real impact. [...] I highly recommend Jamaine to anyone looking to elevate their strategy and achieve results.

  • Jamaine is not only highly knowledgeable and skilled, but she is also an inspirational woman. She quickly identified the areas where I was struggling in my sales and provided constructive ideas to improve. [...] If you are looking for a professional, empathetic, and pleasant sales coach, Jamaine is the perfect choice.

  • Jamaine is patient, intelligent and a very structured coach. She gave me deeper insights into topics such as discovery frameworks, need analyses and ways to create stellar outbound sequences. [...] I really enjoyed our training sessions and she made me a better sales person for sure.

CCO, eco.mio / Sales Coach, Main Impact

Hi, I’m Jamaine

I’ve spent over a decade figuring out why B2B tech teams pitch instead of guide, and how to fix it. Right now I’m CCO at eco.mio: an interim GTM lead role that turned into purpose. With an ambitious team we’re building the next smart AI layer of business travel, and executing on what actually matters: value, not cheap AI. So I’m in the same kind of deals I coach on, every week. Through Main Impact I spar with founders and sellers making the same shift.

An SOS session is €250 per hour and usually happens within a few days, also after hours or on weekends if need be.
